So this wonderful human being put the lyrics of Let it Go through a bunch of languages on Google Translate and eventually translated them back to English and then sang those lyrics and the result is WONDERFUL.
Microwave Oatmeal Cake (Gluten free and dairy free)
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1 banana mashed
-2 eggs, whipped
-Toppings of your choice (mine were peanut butter and raspberry jelly)
Directions: Mix the mashed banana and oatmeal together and microwave for 90 seconds- this differs from microwave to microwave and depending on the power settings so just microwave until the oatmeal is pretty much cooked but don’t let it get too dry that you can’t stir it. Next stir in the whipped/beaten eggs. Microwave for about 2 minutes more- this time just microwave until the whole thing is solid to make sure you’re not eating raw egg. Let it sit in the microwave for a minute or so to cool down. Take it out and put on the toppings of your choice! Enjoy! X
Approx 370 calories but very very filling- you won’t be doing mindless snacking after this!
*Take a knife and cut around the edges to loosen up the cake after you just do the banana and oatmeal and then again after the egg just so it’s easier to get out and flip onto another plate or whatnot.
